The two options we will discuss are:
- Increasing membership to 12 members, as required by city council policy, or
- Allowing the planning group to go dormant until 12 members come forward to volunteer.
If we get to at least 12 members and have enough interest in maintaining the planning group, then we would also like to discuss options for reconstituting the planning group as a town council or community council and expand our areas of influence and interest.
We want this to be for the benefit of you, the residents of Sabre Springs.
